Shipping & Delivery.

Manzo will deliver the cut and wrapped beef derived from the animal to clients after butchering, as directed by clients. Clients may elect to have Manzo store the cut and wrapped beef in its cold storage facility until some or all is requested for shipping by the client or a representative. In this regard, clients will be required to request shipping no less than 7 days prior to the desired date, and will provide Manzo with all necessary shipping instructions. If a shorter time frame is requested by Customer, then Manzo will use best efforts to meet the shorter time frame, if feasible. All shipping costs shall be paid by Customer. Manzo will invoice Customer for shipping costs as incurred, and will expect payment within 30 days of invoice. In the event that shipping costs are not paid within the required 30 days, Manzo can elect to withhold shipping future requested product until prior shipping costs have been satisfied. Further, Manzo may request prepayment of shipping costs if payment has been a problem. All of Customer’s beef must be requested for shipment by a client within one (1) year after butchering.

REFUND POLICY

We take all possible measures to ensure every individual gets an experience they can rave about with their friends and family. Part of that commitment is working with you, the client, to make sure you get the products you ordered, arriving in perfect condition on the dates you requested. In the event that we fall short in one link of that chain, please contact us at your earliest convenience at Justin@manzopiedmontese.com.

Since the shipping of our products is inherently time sensitive, we do not accept returns. If you received a product that did not live up to our Manzo Piedmontese commitment, we will work with you to create a proper outcome. This may require photos of the defective product for our internal records and insurance requirements, but we will begin the process of review and replacement as soon as you contact us.

On average we are able to reply within 24 hours, with a complete resolution achieved within a week, but we guarantee that the process will take no longer than two weeks. The options for resolution include but aren’t limited to a replacement shipment, credit to be used on any new products or a refund of the original purchase.
