In August 2023 we extended an invitation to twenty of the most innovative chefs in the world to join us for ‘Vertex,’ a celebration of fine cuisine, craftsmanship, and culinary artistry. The experience included a sumptuous brunch led by Chef Joe Morris, a private tour and time to explore Owens Farms (the exclusive producer of Manzo Piedmontese), a primals carving demonstration by esteemed meat scientist Dr. Phil Bass, and an unforgettable dinner at Ruins where guests dined at the table of James Beard nominee Tony Brown. The event showcased Manzo Piedmontese beef as well as some of the finest local ingredients. It was a day full of food and fellowship not soon forgotten.
