Most shops sell “steaks.” Manzo offers something rarer: measured access to the first and only fullblood Fassone (Piedmontese) herd in North America. There are no intermediaries, only a discreet and meticulous partnership with the people who raise and steward the animals.

whole animal reservations

We understand that not every home or kitchen is designed for an entire animal.

For reservations of a half or whole Fassone bull or heifer, we offer complimentary cold storage of your holdings. This allows you to:

  • Receive your beef in allocations rather than all at once.

  • Schedule deliveries around travel, seasons, and special occasions.

  • Drop-ship portions to secondary homes, yachts, or trusted chefs.

You tell us when and where. We ensure your Fassone arrives in peak condition.
