Day Onearrive & meet
Arrival in the late afternoon, with time to walk the property. An aperitif before the work begins — biodynamic, alcohol at your discretion. The cooking unfolds alongside Ben and the chef, less a lesson than a shared preparation. Dinner is served when it is ready.
What follows is yours — a sky dark enough to see what cities have lost, the quiet of the property, and a bedroom prepared with the care that good sleep deserves.
Day Twoa slow morning
A slow morning, unhurried. A walk along the farm roads or a turn in the sauna, as the morning allows. Departure is mid-morning.
